This petticoat was amazingly comfortable and fluffy. It sat perfectly on my hips and was just short enough to not show under my dress. In the time that I have owned this petticoat, it has not torn or deflated. The meterial is very durable and very soft. Perfect 'cupcake' shape for a skirt.
