It seems like my previous review may have been deleted. Love the bag design, but because the pockets are so small one zipperhead warped nearly immediately and ultimately came off. These are specific custom-designed zipperheads so you can't just pop by the store and grab another, and Customer Service only instructed me to try to clamp it myself-- which, with the help of several people, did not work (and is what ultimately led to the zipperhead falling off totally). Still love my bag, but hated feeling terrified that another zipper was going to break for the first several months I used it.
