I love these shoes!! I got them in matte black with a 6.5cm heel and they look just so gorgeous and elegant when worn!! I was a little concerned when I purchased them because I usually have to size up at least one size since Asian sizes run small - But this time I really gotta say that the size chart is on point an super accurate! I ordered my size which is a European 37 and my feet are 23.5cm long. Exactly what the size chart said. :) They are very comfortable to wear and I could even wear a thicker pair of socks or some sheer tights in them, depending on the season. The shoes do smell a little bit when you open the parcel but it quickly disappears when you air them out. They are well-constructured and the heels are pretty sturdy. I highly recommend this product to any Elegant Gothic Lolita or Classic Lolita! :)
