THIS IS SO CUTEEE!! I love this dress so much and it was my first time shopping from this site! The quality is really there and its very cute!! I would defo say that there should be an option to only get the jacket as when I bought the dress, the full set was unavailable in my size. Note that if you have broader shoulders, do choose your size carefully, (I have 42 cm shoulders, 84 cm bust, and 72 cm shoulders so sizing is complex in my case-but the people at Lolita Wardrobe were super helpful and patient with my sizing!!!) as it could be tight around your arms at times depending on the activity you as doing. But the dress has some shiring and is really comfortable!!!!!
